James Simpson is an entrepreneur and leader in construction technology. As the owner of Synapse Solutions, he’s helped numerous startups navigate everything from early-stage strategy to the complexities of scaling development. His career spans over a decade, with leadership roles in digital transformation for supply chain companies like ASC Engineering Solutions. He’s also been directly apart of the startup world, working at late-stage fintech firm Built Technologies on loan management and payment platforms, and a founding member of Evolve, a 3D toolset designed for Building Information Modeling (BIM). He also has hands-on experience within contractors, leading internal development for tracking and integration solutions.

Beyond his work, James stays engaged with the broader industry through podcasts, conferences, and trade associations, where he shares his insights and continues pushing for innovation in the field
